Controversial! Sure, it works without a bag. But it won’t last as a long and is a messy business.

I believe the clean and recovery tanks are both 2.8 litres. With this technology, very little water is used. The debris and dirt is flicked up from the floor onto the cylinder then pushes into the recovery tank. You get very dense and dirty liquid in the recovery tank but not much water volume.

Yes there are very similar machines here in the US. I own one. Mine doesn't steam though.

Sounds like a Rotawash or Truvox then of no steam.

Where are the cracks? I’ve not seen that before but perhaps an acidic fluid has made the plastic brittle over time. Not sure, to be honest.

@@sourcesupplies The cracks were on several locations of the nozzles plastic exterior. Some worse than others. The cracks near the base of the nozzle are the worst and seem to be the cause of the leak but they're developing in other locations as well. Thanks for getting back to me. I'll be reviewing the product we're using this week to see if the MSDS sheet can shed any light on the subject. Do you think over rotation when reinstalling the nozzle could result in cracks in the plastic? My only other working theory. I learned a good deal from your videos about the unit's own quirks though, thank you for putting these online.

The sprayer should still work, regardless of the light.

Hi, we’ve not seen the light fail before. We’ve seen a sprayer fail but the light still comes on. Did you get this sorted? Victory are good with warranties.

This is unpreventable. It has been addressed in the next version of the sprayer. It has a charge that actually draws the fluid back into the chamber from the nozzle.

I thought I was the only one, I guess do like me and carry a rag to absorb this involuntary discharge as is can ruin many important documents important for the costumer

They’ve been talking about the next model having no drips. A charge that sucks back any drips at the end of the spray.

Hi, this sounds like a fault. I recommend contacting your supplier for a warranty claim.

Our back pack sprayer started doing the same thing. It did work normal for quite a long time but it started shocking us and the power switch is instant motor on and the solenoid at the handheld portion has been overpowered and it lets spray go by. Its not anything thats simple to fix or a cleaning issue i believe ours has got wet inside and damaged a pcb board. I called victory to see about a new board and...they only sell complete replacements seems like a company selling an appliance that's as much as a cheap car would be a little more willing to help. Even Kirby sells repair parts and their vacuum costs even more than the sprayer. Its not like need that much more money.

I think the next two will be; setting up the backpack sprayer and also a deeper dive on the nozzle insertion issues we see that are the cause of leaks. The little rubber bung sometimes gets twisted ior dislodged and results in leaks.

@@sourcesupplies what I’ve seen in the field is that those little green gaskets that connect to the nozzle are breaking down due to lack of proper maintenance on device. If you’re not running hot water through the system to flush, that connection becomes corrupted and that will lead to leaking and possible ESD

Hi Karl. This video was 10 years ago. In a semi derelict office (large cupboard) that we used as we started up our business. How about you pop over to our new warehouse and show us how to fix a dispenser to a wall properly? In the last 10 years we’ve only fitted circa 15,000 units to walls of our customers. I’ll put the kettle on.
